The major activity of QA is to ensure no non-conformance product to be delivered. Control on vendors incoming material, Regular vendor visits, maintaining "A" grade customer rating, process control, storage and careful handling of incoming and semi-finished materials, regular system audit, maintaining and updating control plans, process flow diagram documents are adhered to.
The team have had extensive training in the visual inspection, reworking, cleaning & packaging enabling us to supply defect free components as per the customer’s requirement.
